Floor Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the floor, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Monitor and maintain store presentation and cleanliness.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

• Assist with inventory control and stock management.

• Prepare reports and provide feedback to upper management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar managerial role (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred).

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
