Job Description:

• Welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and any specials.
• Efficiently handling payments and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with kitchen and other staff.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Understanding and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
