The Huntōn is a premiere boutique hotel and fine dining destination opening in the heart of Virginia’s hunt country this August. Rooted in timeless elegance and fueled by culinary ambition, The Huntōn is chasing the stars — aiming to redefine the region’s dining landscape with precision, creativity, and respect for the land. We are seeking passionate Line Cooks to join our opening team and help shape one of Virginia’s most exciting new kitchens.

About the Role:

As a Line Cook at The Huntōn, you will work under the guidance of Executive Chef Vincent Badiee and an experienced culinary leadership team with Michelin credentials. You will prepare elevated dishes from a woodfire-centered, seasonal menu that emphasizes sustainable sourcing, refined technique, and storytelling through food.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of kitchen experience preferred, but not required for candidates with exceptional work ethic and attitude.

  • Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and safety protocols.

  • Strong knife skills and understanding of basic culinary techniques.

  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and be a contributing part of a tight-knit brigade.

  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Reliable transportation to Leesburg, VA.
