Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations and help lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-forward environments and works seamlessly with both front- and back-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Floor Leadership:
Lead service with presence and precision; maintain high hospitality standards during service; resolve guest concerns with professionalism and poise. -
Team Management:
Support hiring, training, and development of FOH staff; provide ongoing coaching and feedback; help maintain a positive, accountable workplace culture. -
Operational/Facilities Oversight:
Collaborate with the General Manager to manage day-to-day operations, including service execution, scheduling, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. -
Financial & Performance Metrics:
Assist in managing labor, COGS, and inventory; monitor and report on KPIs; help implement systems to drive efficiency and profitability. -
Event Support:
Coordinate with the events team to ensure smooth planning and execution of private dining and special events.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00)
