Exciting opportunity to join the Ometeo management team and the Long Shot Hospitality family- winners of the 2024 RAMMY for Restaurateurs of the Year.
Ometeo is a fresh, fun, and elevated take on TexMex cuisine and Tyson's new favorite gathering spot! A Tex-Mex mashup of cuisine and culture, Ometeo is inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast. Ometeo's culinary foundation is rooted firmly in Tex-Mex tradition, heightened by Long Shot Hospitality's passion for seafood and local produce. Under the guidance of two award-winning chefs- Long Shot Hospitality chef Kyle Bailey and Texas native and Top Chef winner Gabe Erales- we’re taking Tex Mex and breathing fresh air into it without compromising the warm, comforting memories most people associate with sizzling platters and good times margaritas.
Long Shot Hospitality has a reputation for building very strong and loyal regular neighborhood followings, and so we are actively looking for hospitality professionals to join our team who will be focused on doing the same in our newest venue. Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience; are reliable, efficient, and organized; are excellent TEAM players who truly enjoy providing memorable guest experiences. Candidates bring a high-energy, positive, and professional approach to the position and possess a genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and the restaurant business.

Desired Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant high-volume/upscale dining experience
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills
- Professional, punctual, reliable
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to drive performance and success of the restaurant and staff
- Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time and working both indoors and outdoors
