Rooster & Owl is a chef-owned, modern American restaurant focused on exceptional & exciting cuisine in an approachable atmosphere. We were awarded 1 Michelin star in 2021 and 2022 and nominated for Best New Restaurant 2020 by the James Beard Foundation, named DC's #2 Best Restaurant by The Washington Post in fall 2019.

We are looking for Server. You will be a forward facing member of our team that will guide guest through our seasonal menu, dedicated cocktail program, and progressive wine list. We are open for dinner services only Tuesday through Saturday.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

- Demonstrated experience in Fine Dining

- Excellent verbal communication skills as well as a strong work ethic

- Strong sense of teamwork & great attention to detail

- Reliable, organized, efficient, courteous, professional & a team player

Compensation Details
