We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to support this restaurant with friendly and high-quality service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily service operations, ensuring each guest experience is seamless, polished, and consistently exceptional.
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership on both strategic and operational initiatives, helping to shape the restaurant’s culture, systems, and service standards from the ground up.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training front-of-house staff, fostering a professional, team-oriented environment grounded in hospitality, accountability, and mutual respect.
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow and a unified guest experience.
- Lead the dining room with presence during service, resolving guest or team issues with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Support administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to team scheduling, inventory management, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
About the Role
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a critical role in supporting the Management Team across all areas of restaurant operations. This includes developing both new and current team members while upholding the highest service standards. The AGM ensures a clean, safe, and compliant working environment, and provides daily coaching that’s firm yet flexible—always with the goal of creating the best possible guest experience.

Compensation: Salary ($77,559.00 - $86,870.00)
