Capo 29 is currently looking for a talented, passionate sous chef to enhance the culinary team in our new St. Helena location. We are looking for an experienced Sous-Chef committed to the quality and creativity that has allowed us 27 years of success in our Santa Monica location.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to adopt the techniques of our unique approach to Italian cuisine. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership traits, a responible, self-starter, with a team driven approach and impeccable standards.
The ideal candidate will prove instrumental in supporting the head chef in all aspects of menu preparation. You can inspire, work multiple stations, while handling administrative duties as they present themselves in the flow of service.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00)
Benefits & Perks: Health Insurance, Negotiable after probationary period.
