We are looking to hire full time stewards for our West loop location. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils efficiently
• Operate industrial dishwashing machines and follow cleaning procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized dish area and kitchen
• Take out trash and assist with kitchen cleanliness
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Support kitchen staff with prep and cleaning tasks as needed
• Work with the BOH Manager or Chefs to complete BOH cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a hot environment for extended periods of time
• Ability to effectively communicate with your coworkers to complete the task at hand 
• 1 year of prior experience is preferred but not required
