Assistant General Manager – QSR Experience | Handcraft Burgers & Brew | Midtown NYC
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus
 Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

Handcraft Burgers & Brew is not your typical burger joint. We’re a fast-growing, hospitality-driven brand in the heart of Manhattan — and we’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager with a QSR background to lead operations and play a key role in expanding our concept to multiple locations.

• Lead daily operations with a focus on guest experience, speed, and consistency

• Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and COGS to drive profitability

• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team with accountability and care

• Ensure compliance with NYC DOH and labor regulations

• Collaborate directly with ownership on systems, team development, and expansion plans

• Set and hit performance goals — and get rewarded for it

• 2+ years as a AGM in QSR or fast casual (burger experience is a plus)

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Financial literacy (labor %, food cost, P&L understanding)

• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

• Experience with third-party delivery, scheduling software, and NYC compliance preferred

• Desire to grow with a brand that’s building something long-term

• $65,000–$75,000 annual salary, depending on experience
