Job Details
We are looking for candidates who are committed to learning and growing in their work environments. Requirements include strong organization skills, time management, attention to detail, food/wine/beverage knowledge, and a desire to provide unsurpassed hospitality. THIS will be a HYBRID roll between both of our locations in the East Village and West Village. With most shifts being in the East Village.
Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics:
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
- Desire and dedication to learn and offer fine dining service
- A minimum of two years in fine dining
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- An enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to work as a team player
- The ability to dedicate a year towards a growth position
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is paid a minimum wage and a tip credit is taken when applicable. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
This position requires OPEN AVAILABILITY- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends.
We are a new concept in NYC serving Seafood, Sushi, and other Japanese fare; in a high end bar environment. Full menu and full bar offerings 6 days a week.

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00 - $14.00) plus tips
