Job Details
Line cook will report to the Chef. They are responsible for: Food preparation, for dinner and weekend brunch service, maintaining a well cleaned and sanitized work area, moving food and cookware/tools between prep areas, kitchen and dish areas, nightly closing of kitchen and prep areas, regular cleaning, sanitation and maintaining tools and equipment. Cooking and preparing food in accordance with the direction chef and sous-chef. The person needs to have good knife skills and practice safety protocols.
The line cook will work under the direction of the chef and sous-chef in a collaborative team environment where knowledge and learning is exchanged as an everyday part of the culture at Vincent.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00)
