Successful busy restaurant on Maui is looking for a professional Sous Chef with a great work ethic and high standards of execution. This is a BUSY restaurant that does the impossible - we serve GREAT food to 100's of people everyday. Are you solid and reliable with great cooking chops and leadership skills?
