We are currently seeking a part time Dishwasher. For this position we are specifically looking for these shifts: Wed 4p-12p, Fri 4p-12p, Sat 4p-12p, Sunday 10-4p or 4p-12p

The Dishwasher primary function is to provide daily support to the kitchen team. The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes, equipment, and utensils before, during, and after service. In addition, the dishwasher maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using industrial dishwasher or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
- Sort and remove trash, placing in the designated pickup areas
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Maintain department cleanliness and organization, adhere to safe work and equipment practices, and follow all food safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Set up, stock stations, and replenish kitchen inventory and supplies as needed
- Consistently report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work in proper uniform
- Follow sanitation policies at all times
- Perform opening, closing, and side work
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a full-service, fast-paced kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
- Working knowledge and understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills conducive to a productive teamwork environment.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and climb steps regularly.
- Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
