The Paris Café is returning to the Seaport. First opened in 1873, this historic New York landmark is being brought back to life with exceptional food, a focused beverage program, and a beautifully restored dining room.
We’re hiring bartenders who bring precision, presence, and genuine hospitality to the bar. If you move fast without cutting corners, craft clean, balanced cocktails, and keep service flowing while staying guest-focused, with solid experience in NYC or Europe, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
• Must have 2+ years of bartending experience in NYC or European restaurants or bars
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar prep
• Ability to handle high-volume service with consistency and care
• Experience with Toast POS system
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and a steady presence under pressure
• Dinner availability
Preferred Experience:
• Wine service and bottle knowledge
• Cocktail batching and bar prep systems
• Experience in design-forward or high-profile environments

Compensation Details
