The Paris Café is returning to the Seaport. First opened in 1873, this historic New York landmark is being brought back to life with exceptional food, a focused beverage program, and a beautifully restored dining room.
We're building a fast, sharp front-of-house team rooted in real hospitality. If you take pride in your pace, presentation, and ability to create memorable experiences, and have solid experience in New York City or European restaurants, we’d love to here from you.
Requirements:
• Must have 2+ years of service experience in NYC or European restaurants
• Ability to manage full sections during high-volume shifts
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails
• Familiarity with Toast POS system
• Professional demeanor, clear communication, and a team-first mindset
• Dinner availability
Preferred Experience:
• Brunch service and large-party coordination
• Ingredient-driven or seasonal menus
• Comfort working in a design-forward or high-profile environment
