Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant FOH Manager to join our high-energy hospitality team at Mamajuana Cafe Philly. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing all front-of-house operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:

Maintain professionalism at all times (appearance, punctuality, communication, leadership)

Lead by example and uphold company standards

Drive revenue growth through service excellence and upselling strategies

Manage FOH inventory and supplies
-
Support marketing and promotional initiatives
-
Maintain entry, lobby, dining room, and host stand organization
-
Effectively manage reservations and waitlists
-
Ensure cleanliness of dining areas and restrooms
-
Oversee guest services and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
-
Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate FOH staff
-
Interview and onboard new team members
-
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
-
Create and adjust staff schedules based on business needs
-
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (full-service required)

Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Professional, energetic, and guest-focused personality

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
