Job Details
High-Volume bar and restaurant is seeking a lead bartender to support the bar manager.
The ideal candidate is
Friendly and welcoming
Team player- must work well with others and be open to giving and receiving feedback.
Food handler certified or willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
Must possess spirit knowledge (ie difference between tequila versus mezcal) and know classic cocktails. Mixology experience is a bonus, but we are willing to train.
Wine knowledge is a bonus but we are willing to train.
Responsibilities include
Batching cocktails
Inventory
Product consistency
Hourly is between $15-$20 depending on experience plus tips.
