Overview: The Manager is tasked with overseeing and managing all store operations. They focus their time directing workflow traffic and ensuring that all operational standards are being met at the highest level of excellence.The Manager understands the importance of staffing (i.e. Hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging) while overseeing financial performance, cleanliness and safety of the store. Managers are responsible for creating and maintaining morale and culture in accordance with Tacos 1986 guiding principles and values.
