Now Hiring: Assistant Manager – Front of House
Location: Inglewood, Premium Casual Restaurant
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our leadership team at our vibrant, premium casual restaurant in Inglewood. This is an exciting opportunity to help manage the front of house operations and contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth, efficient service.

Manage and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.

Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and liquor laws and regulations.
-
Work closely with the management team to meet sales targets and maintain profitability.

2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar restaurant setting (preferably premium casual).

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve on the spot.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and basic financials.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
