Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team for the exciting opening of our new restaurant. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and crafting a memorable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Customer Service: Provide attentive and friendly service, engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about our drink offerings, including signature cocktails, wine selections, and beer options.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and maintaining stock levels.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and communication during busy periods.
• Upselling: Recommend and upsell beverages to guests, enhancing their experience and contributing to sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess any required certifications (e.g., responsible beverage service).
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
