Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage all aspects of the restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction, financial success, and a cohesive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and train staff to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to restaurant policies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve revenue, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to optimize menu offerings, promotions, and events.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial performance metrics, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic accounting principles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or hospitality management is preferred.
