Perched above our signature dining room in Dupont Circle, the Casamara Rooftop is a lush, open-air escape inspired by the iconic coastal vibes of Ibiza, Mykonos, St. Tropez, and St. Barts. With a fully retractable pergola, heating and cooling for all seasons, its own dedicated kitchen, and a curated DJ booth, this rooftop oasis offers a transportive dining and drinking experience.
We’ve partnered with a local music venue for a Sunday Sunset Series and work closely with notable liquor brands to bring elevated events and activations to life. It’s where golden hour meets world-class hospitality—and we’re building a team to match.
Now Hiring: Experienced Rooftop Servers
We’re seeking hospitality professionals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in upscale dining, exceptional service standards, and strong cocktail and wine knowledge. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, high-volume environments and brings an intuitive sense of warmth, efficiency, and attentiveness to every table.
What You’ll Do:

Provide welcoming, knowledgeable, and energetic service to guests on our rooftop terrace

Navigate a menu centered around fresh Mediterranean ingredients, seafood-forward dishes, and seasonal cocktails
