Bartender

The Good Good is a cocktail bar and bistro with expertly prepared classic cocktails and delicious international cuisine in a warm and inviting environment. We are currently looking to hire experienced guest forward service-driven bartenders to join a tight knit group.

JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

BARTENDER/SERVER is responsible for delivering excellence in developing relationships with guests by providing personalized service, anticipating guests’ needs. The bartender should also care about classic cocktails, expert preparation, quality spirits, fresh ingredients, solid ice, precise recipes, teamwork and most importantly hospitality. Position includes some shifts as a server on the floor. Part time and full time positions available. Please note: Candidate needs to have some WEEKEND AVAILABILITY - SAT & SUN (ONE OR BOTH DAYS)

REQUIREMENTS:

BARTENDER
- 3+ years behind the bar (not including bar back training)
- Can build 3-5 drinks at a time (this is a must)
- 2-5 shifts a week
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Food knowledge and proper service acumen

BENEFITS:

Hourly rate $16 Incl. TIP CREDIT
