Position Overview
We are seeking polished, detail-oriented Bussers / Back Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service and supporting the front-of-house team to ensure every guest receives seamless and attentive hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room throughout service

  • Reset and prepare tables quickly and precisely according to restaurant standards

  • Support servers with water service, bread service, and guest needs

  • Assist with food running and clearing courses in coordination with the service team

  • Polish glassware, silverware, and service pieces to presentation standards

  • Maintain clean and stocked service stations

  • Anticipate guest and server needs to ensure smooth service execution

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant preferred

  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

  • Excellent communication and awareness on the dining room floor

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout extended service periods

Compensation Details
