Position Overview
We are seeking polished, detail-oriented Bussers / Back Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service and supporting the front-of-house team to ensure every guest receives seamless and attentive hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room throughout service

Reset and prepare tables quickly and precisely according to restaurant standards

Support servers with water service, bread service, and guest needs

Assist with food running and clearing courses in coordination with the service team

Polish glassware, silverware, and service pieces to presentation standards

Maintain clean and stocked service stations

Anticipate guest and server needs to ensure smooth service execution

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications

Previous experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant preferred

Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Excellent communication and awareness on the dining room floor

Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout extended service periods

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.00 - $14.00) plus tips
