About the Role
Tin Building is looking for a Server Assistant. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Server Assistant will assist servers and attend to the guests of the restaurant by upholding the quality of food, beverage, and service. This position will assist with running food, clearing dishware, and setting up tables to ensure service runs smoothly.

Assist servers by clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages, and dishware, and attending to guest requests.

Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.

Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the property. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is paid a minimum wage of $16.50 an hour and a tip credit is taken when applicable.
