An acclaimed Japanese restaurant group is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the team at our Miami location. What We Offer
- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Cuisine in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Supervise prep, production, inventory, and ordering
- Train and develop kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
