Experience Required: 3+ Years in Steak/Grill Cuisine (Fine Dining Preferred)
The Halal Steakhouse is seeking a passionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Steak Chef to lead the preparation of our signature steaks and seafood steaks. As a cornerstone of our fine dining experience, the Steak Chef will be responsible for executing premium cuts with precision, creativity, and consistency. From dry-aged ribeyes to smoked lamb chops and seafood steaks like seabass, tuna, and salmon — you will bring each plate to life with perfection.
Key Responsibilities:-
Masterfully prepare and cook a variety of steaks and seafood steaks to exacting standards (rare to well-done)

Operate grill, smoker, sous vide, and searing equipment with expertise

Monitor meat quality, temperature, doneness, and presentation

Oversee butchering, trimming, seasoning, and marinating processes

Collaborate with Executive Chef on plating aesthetics and menu evolution

Ensure all dishes align with halal and safety standards

Train junior staff on grill and steak preparation techniques

Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized station at all times

Uphold The Halal Steakhouse’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and immersive dining

Minimum 3 years experience as a Steak Chef or Grill Chef in upscale/fine dining settings

Proven knowledge of cuts, textures, aging, seasoning, and modern techniques

Familiarity with smoked BBQ, halal steak preparation, and seafood grilling

Passion for perfection, creativity in presentation, and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $80,000.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $200
