What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee all F&B outlets
- Be a visible leader on the floor, guiding and supporting your team
- Track sales, manage inventory, and help optimize costs
- Monitor service quality and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
- Work alongside vendors and service partners to maintain standards
- Ensure health, safety, and service protocols are followed
- Coach, train, and support team members to succeed in their roles
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Maintain staffing levels and help build an engaged, productive work environment
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and reports to support performance goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in F&B management (preferably in hotels or large venues)
- Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Confident in team coaching, scheduling, and operations planning
