Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets
- Daily collaboration with our hotel partners and the F & B teams
- Maintain a consistent floor presence to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall dining experiences
- Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
- A true passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and presentation
- English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
