Sushi Oku is an intimate 8-seat omakase counter located in the former Scarr’s Pizza space on Orchard Street. We’re looking for a full-time server to join our small, tight-knit team.

Requirements:

• Available 4–5 nights per week

• Experience with Japanese cuisine, omakase, and sake strongly preferred

• Comfortable in a fine dining setting with a fun, downtown energy

• Reliable, professional, and a true team player
