Over the course of the first year of operations, the dual concept venture attracted significant critical attention, earning mention as one of the nation's Best New Restaurant lists in Eater, Robb Report and Esquire, Eater DC's Restaurant of the Year, and inclusion as one of the best bakeries in Washington, DC by Food & Wine Magazine. In 2022, Albi was awarded One Star Michelin which it earned again in 2023. Chef Rafidi was named the 2024 Outstanding Chef by the James Beard Foundation.
Candidate Pre-Requisites:
3+ years as, General Manager, Assistant General Manager or similar leadership role
Fine Dining service experience
Proficiency in Wine & Spirits (Sommelier experience is a plus)
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Great communication skills
Creative problem solver
Dependable and consistent

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00)
