Full-Time | Evening Shifts | Closed Sundays & Mondays

Yingtao is a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen celebrating Chinese culinary traditions through a modern lens. Our tasting menu experience draws inspiration from regional Chinese flavors, paired with refined technique, elegant presentation, and warm hospitality.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This is an opportunity to work closely with a driven, creative, and collaborative kitchen in an intimate, high-performance environment. We value curiosity, precision, and a deep respect for craft.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead your assigned station with consistency and care during service

  • Execute dishes with technical finesse and attention to detail

  • Support mise en place, prep, and kitchen maintenance

  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and a positive kitchen culture

  • Contribute ideas and feedback during R&D and menu development

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of kitchen experience in fine dining or comparable fast-paced environments

  • Strong foundation in culinary techniques; understanding of Chinese cuisine a plus

  • Excellent knife skills, plating ability, and cleanliness

  • Team-first mentality and strong communication skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative setting
