Yingtao is a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen celebrating Chinese culinary traditions through a modern lens. Our tasting menu experience draws inspiration from regional Chinese flavors, paired with refined technique, elegant presentation, and warm hospitality.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This is an opportunity to work closely with a driven, creative, and collaborative kitchen in an intimate, high-performance environment. We value curiosity, precision, and a deep respect for craft.
What You’ll Do:

Lead your assigned station with consistency and care during service

Execute dishes with technical finesse and attention to detail

Support mise en place, prep, and kitchen maintenance

Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and a positive kitchen culture

Contribute ideas and feedback during R&D and menu development
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of kitchen experience in fine dining or comparable fast-paced environments

Strong foundation in culinary techniques; understanding of Chinese cuisine a plus

Excellent knife skills, plating ability, and cleanliness

Team-first mentality and strong communication skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative setting
