James Beard Award-winning chef Sean Brock makes his West Coast debut this August with darling, a new restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood.
The menu focuses on live-fire cooking centered on the vibrant, seasonal ingredients Southern California has to offer.
The adjoining space, bar darling, houses a listening bar that offers a different kind of escape—vinyl records spun on a world-class hi-fi sound system, paired with thoughtful cocktails in an intimate setting.
We are currently hiring ALL Front of the House Hourly positions:
Bartenders
Bar Backs
Servers
Back Servers
Food Runners

About you:
We’re building a passionate, tight-knit team to help bring this exciting concept to life. Ideal candidates have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a chef-driven, high-volume setting

A deep passion for hospitality, food, and beverage

A collaborative, team-first mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine interest in culinary excellence, driven by local and seasonal ingredients

Sharp attention to detail and a calm, composed presence

Interest in being part of a small, focused opening team

Solid knowledge of wine and cocktails (for bar and service roles)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask gracefully

A consistently positive attitude and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences

Current Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service certification are a plus
Positions require: Full availability (5 days per week)

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.65 - $25.00) plus tips
