Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

Hire, train, and manage FOH staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment

Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistent service standards

Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, inventory, and sales

Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset

Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards throughout the restaurant

Assist in planning and executing restaurant events
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale casual or fine dining

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of Toast POS systems and restaurant management software

Passion for hospitality and dedication to creating memorable guest experiences

Flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $78,000.00)
