BABA is looking for a talented and passionate Kitchen Manager to join our team!
BABA has been a neighborhood spot since July 2021. We are looking for an energetic, upbeat & creative individual to join our team. The Kitchen Manager/ Sous Chef will work closely alongside the front-of-house leadership in nurturing culture, standards of service and quality of food. We are a small team so looking for someone who gets their hands dirty, is a self-starter and a teamplayer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the line during service
Manage prep schedule for the week
Has large group & event experience
Strong communication with Front of House to ensure successful service
Train and lead all back of house staff
Assist with creating the schedule, costing, inventory, and labor controls
Execute current menu and help develop future menus
Requirements:
Atleast 1 Years Experience in a kitchen management role
