🎯 About the Role:

As General Manager of our Fulton Market location, you’ll be the CEO of the shop floor—leading your crew, building systems, and delivering a guest experience that hits every time. You’ll own everything from P&L to prep lists, and make sure we stay tight, clean, and crushing sales.

You're not just managing shifts. You’re building culture. You’re holding the line on quality, hype, and hustle. You make people better—through accountability, coaching, and consistency.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations—open to close—with excellence and urgency

• Coach, hire, and develop a high-performing crew, with a sharp eye for food quality, team culture, and customer care

• Own the P&L, drive sales growth, manage labor and food costs, and oversee inventory

• Maintain strict standards for food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction

• Create and manage weekly schedules to support labor goals and peak periods

• Handle customer recovery with professionalism and Hot Chi hospitality

• Be hands-on during high-volume rushes—no ego, all hustle

• Report weekly to leadership on KPIs, wins, and areas of focus

• Collaborate with our ops, marketing, and culinary teams to make the Fulton Market location a flagship success

💪 You’re a Fit If:

• You’ve got 2–5 years experience managing a fast casual or QSR restaurant

• You lead with discipline and heart—you hold people accountable because you care

• You’re detail-obsessed when it comes to food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience

• You’re comfortable in chaos and solve problems in real time

• You’ve got strong P&L chops and know how to hit your numbers
