Positions Available:
- Bussers: Supports service by clearing and resetting counters or tables discreetly; refills water and assists with guest needs; maintains cleanliness and flow in coordination with chefs and servers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Bartender: Prepares and serves cocktails, sake, and other beverages with precision; maintains bar cleanliness; provides exceptional guest service with knowledge of Japanese spirits and dining etiquette.
- Barback: Assists bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning, and ensuring the bar runs smoothly.
- Servers: Provides personalized, high-end service during omakase dining experiences; presents each course with knowledge and precision; communicates closely with the chef; ensures a seamless and memorable guest experience through attentiveness and respect for Japanese dining etiquette.
- Host/Hostess: Welcomes guests with grace and professionalism; manages reservations and seating for a timed, chef-driven omakase experience; communicates guest preferences to staff; ensures a smooth, respectful, and personalized guest journey from arrival to departure
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
