This is no ordinary destination, nor ordinary pastry role. This private members’ club is making waves – and we’re seeking an accomplished and motivated Junior Sous Chef in Pastry to join the team.
You’ll work closely with a talented Head Pastry Chef and smaller pastry team to deliver an exquisite pastry and dessert offering across multiple dining spaces.
You will be working 3 single shifts and 2 doubles.
It’s a rare opportunity to develop your craft within a calm, creative, and forward-thinking kitchen.
We’re looking for:
- A talented Pastry Junior Sous from a Michelin star restaurant, 5* hotel, or high-end members’ club with longevity in your positions
- Confident skills in producing elevated classics, pastry prep, service, and finishing – with a refined, elegant style
- A collaborative, calm nature – someone who lifts those around them
