Food Runner

Looking to hire a food runner for our Logan Square Burger shop, 

Work schedule would be 
Wednesday to Sunday 

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEE WORK TIMES 

3pm to 11pm  and  5pm to 2am 
Preferably speaks English and Spanish

Reports To: Front of House Manager or Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.

• Ensure food is presented neatly and matches ticket specifications.

• Communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and cashiers to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food pickup area.

• Assist with basic table maintenance (e.g., clearing trays, refilling sauces/condiments).

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist with questions or concerns.

• Notify kitchen staff of any issues with orders or dietary requests.

• Follow all health and safety regulations and shop protocols.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

• Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods; capable of lifting trays up to 25 lbs.

• Previous food service experience is a plus but not required.
