General Manager

 Klio Restaurant & Bar located in the heart of Forest Hills is looking for a dynamic, results driven GM.
We are a new restaurant opening this July, that will feature Kosher Mediterranean Cuisine with focus on Fresh Fish, Pizza, variety of fresh vegetable dishes and extensive wine list and cocktail program.

Requirements:

Several years of leadership role in high volume, upscale restaurant
Natural sense of hospitality 
Managing and mentoring a team of 25 - 30 people.
Creating and developing relations with neighborhood
Work together with Chef to ensure Health Department's grade A and maintaining set COGs
Carefully following established SOPs 
Strong presence in the dining room and leading the FOH team with training and adherence to Steps of Service.
Wine and Spirits knowledge
Ability to work holidays and late evenings.
