LINE/PREP COOK
**HIGH VOLUME EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
Hours: 6:00am -2:30pm
Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

This position entails line and prep work -- must be comfortable doing both. Ideal applicants must be organized, self-structured, work well with others in a wide range of tasks and be excited to learn new skills. You must be expedient with preparing food and a self-motivator in the kitchen. We are
growing and moving quickly—we need someone that is organized, clean, calm, and able to get the
job done with pride.
Must be punctual.
Must work fast.
Must have attention to detail.
Must be able to multi-task and anticipate future needs of yourself and others.
Follow instructions as well as give them.
Be efficient and quick to help others.
Must be comfortable with kitchen cleaning.
MUST have at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen to apply for this job.
