Position Overview｜職務概要
We are seeking professional and enthusiastic Servers to join our opening team. Candidates must be passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional, warm, and knowledgeable service in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities｜主な業務内容
• Provide attentive, refined, and intuitive table service from start to finish
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus, including sake and Japanese spirits
• Explain dishes with confidence, using proper Japanese terminology and ingredient knowledge
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate, and elegant delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize the dining experience with omotenashi spirit
• Maintain clean and organized sections throughout service
• Follow all service standards and procedures as directed by management
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications｜応募資格
• 2+ years experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work gracefully under pressure
• Fluent in English; basic Japanese a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
