We are currently hiring a Full Time Server (about 25 hrs/week). Our restaurant is cozy and extremely fast paced. If you feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment this is the role for you. We are seeking candidates with previous experience who can provide efficient and warm service to our guests. Experience with Japanese cuisine is not required. We are a small team and the ability to work well on a team is crucial to a successful service.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 yr serving experience (experience with Japanese cuisine is a plus).
- Food Handler's Certification.
- BASSET Certification.
- Must be available Wed-Sun afternoon to night.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly manner.
- Utilize our reservation software on busy nights.
- Support other servers by running food, bussing tables, filling water etc.
- Provide attentive service in a busy environment.
- Accurately take and input orders into Toast, noting omissions and allergens.
- Safely navigate our dining room and open kitchen by being communicative.
- Safely deliver food and drinks to tables.
- Have knowledge of our menu and allergens.
- Have knowledge of beer, sake and other alcoholic beverages.
- Keep server stations clean and organized.
- Keep the dining room, bathrooms and guest waiting area clean.
- Take and bag To-Go orders.
