General Manager

We are looking for an experienced, guest-focused General Manager to lead our team. We are an all-day restaurant located within a busy hotel. The General Manager must be willing and able to take on all aspects of running the business including, but not limited to:
- Hiring and training staff
- Managing reservations and the reservations team
- Payroll 
- Inventory and ordering
- Employee discipline
- Guest service
