Judy's is focused on globally inspired Italian fare featuring an array of both time-honored classics and playful variations on traditional dishes. Located in Asbury Park, we're at the forefront of dining in the heart of the Jersey Shore.
The food in all our spaces is created by Heirloom Kitchen’s Chef David Viana, and Judy's will be executed alongside Executive Chef Mike Smithling. Chef Viana descends from world-class kitchens including Eleven Madison Park and Two Star Michelin restaurant Villa Joya in Portugal. He has been nominated for a James Beard Award (Best Chef in the Mid-Atlantic Region 2018) and was also a competitor on Bravo’s Top Chef Season 16: Kentucky.
Our beverage program also reflects the spirit of pushing the boundaries of the classics, with a robust beverage program spearheaded by Ricardo Rodriquez, Dean Hakim, and Nicole Castro Garro.
