Beverage Director

Golden HOF is hiring a beverage director! 

Scope
The Beverage Director of Golden HOF is responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of our existing beverage program.  They will oversee menu curation and selections, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring financial performance. This position is also responsible for leading the bar team, managing training and development, maintaining service standards, and ensuring efficient bar operations during service shifts. The Beverage Director collaborates closely with other members of the management team to ensure a cohesive guest experience and effective support.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Cocktail R&D
- Monthly Inventory counts
- Weekly Ordering + Inventory maintenence
- Quality Control on batches. Addressing inconsistencies + finding solutions. 
- Strong understanding + awareness of DOH protocols
- Bar team scheduling + pars 
- Setting up systems to streamline and optimize bar functionality.
