Il Giglio, nestled in the heart of Tribeca, is a celebrated destination for refined Italian cuisine, offering modern interpretations of classic dishes in a polished and welcoming setting. We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate, and professional Maitre D / Captain to join our dynamic team full time from Wednesday - Sunday. At Il Giglio, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment where hospitality professionals can thrive.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong, established work history in fine dining and a deep commitment to hospitality and service excellence.

As Maitre D, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

As Captain, you will lead the front-of-house team in delivering seamless, elegant service. Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is essential, along with refined communication skills, leadership presence, and attention to detail.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who desires to work in a beautiful, high-end restaurant with an amazing clientele, where passion for Italian food, wine, and warm hospitality is celebrated daily.
