Server Assistant

Bar Kumiko is an intimate Japanese dining bar where thoughtful hospitality, exceptional cocktails, and meticulous attention to detail create a unique and elevated guest experience. We are currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Server Assistant to join our team full-time.

About the Role:
As a Server Assistant at Bar Kumiko, you will play an essential role in supporting the service team and ensuring smooth, seamless guest experiences. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a relentless drive for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Self-motivated and proactive in anticipating needs and taking initiative

• Open and responsive to feedback, with a desire to grow and refine your skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Previous experience in fine dining or high-end service environments is recommended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support service team with table maintenance, resetting, and guest needs

• Ensure the dining space is clean, organized, and prepared for each guest experience

• Communicate effectively with team members to support the rhythm of service

• Uphold Bar Kumiko’s standards of hospitality and presentation at all times
